We use Zendesk - Jira integration, and I would like to trigger sending Zendesk Comments or/and Zendesk change statuses when Jira tickets change their status/moved to another project/get assignee. It was possible with workflows and classic projects, but we currently use new-gen projects, and moving back to classic is not an option. Is there any other way to do so? Any additional plugin, maybe?
