Jira upgrade issue

Hi team,

We have currenly done the upgrade for out jira instance from 6.2 to 6.4.11.

Upgrade was successful but once it is done, its  not showing any issue or Dashboard gadgets.

Once we click on issue it is showing 500 error.

Also shared filters/dashboard are not visible.

Please suggest

• Providing actual log will give more info for possible work around
