Jira user not receiving email notifications

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I have a user that is not receiving email notifications when tagged.  Other users on the project are receiving and I have checked to make sure she has access.  I did try to utilize the Jira Admin Helper which did not identify any issues.  Are you able to assist?

Maybe the emails are going to the junk/spam folder?
