Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am not sure I have a correct understanding of what you are trying to achieve. I can see you had an add-on to integrate with Salesforce but this is suspended since end of February, so I believe it is not related. 

Therefore, please provide more details on what you are trying to achieve so that we can further assist.
