Jira webhook is not working

We are not able to pull the jira issues information from the jira.Could please help me out to fix this issue ?

Hello,

Webhooks fire on events which you define for them. Webhooks send information to a REST method which you have developed in an external application. Do you mean that your external Rest method is not called by your Jira webhook?
