We have a Jira project with Tempo plugin installed.
Our team members are logging time in Tempo.
I have noticed, that for some tasks the remaining estimate is not being changed, after a person logged some time in Tempo.
I have noticed, that this happens only to tasks which are in ToDo state, while if I have moved the task to In Progress - Tempo works as expected.
The questions are:
1. Is my observation valid?
2. Is it possible to force Jira/Tempo to reduce remaining time for a ticket residing in any status?
UPDATE:
Can be closed. The team member was manually changing the remaining estimate in Tempo's form while logging time in Tempo. They have a Hidden Fields section there where it is possible.
