Jira workflow transition webhook to Slack channel

Added a webhook to Slack as a post function to a workflow but only want this one triggered on post function and not based on status change as the Slack integration asks for.

We have 2 routes from QA Triage to Ready for Development but only want 1 of the transitions to push to Slack channel but both on transition but both are due to the slack integration setup requiring a setup of what status change in JIra to push to the Slack channel.  Any way around this and ONLY use this push to Slack on Transition vs based on status change?
