Jira worklog conflict in "more" tab
Hi;
i could not see Jira logwork screen in "more" tab in issue details when click in project queue as below
if i pick up issue in "issue"-->my open issue (or any other filter)-->pickup issue -> and "more" tab , jira logwork is apperaed as below
also, back to search result in filters and enter to same issue detail again, logwork is disappeared again in "more" tab
* "where is my field" error as below
"The 'Log Work' field is used exclusively for editing operation and as such, it is not visible on the View Issue form. Check the status of the 'Time tracking' field to verify presence of the time tracking information on the current form."
* checked edit/view screen and add Log work field
* Time tracking is ON
*permissions are checked ('Work On Issues' etc.)
* checked manage apps-->System apps
*check community related "logwork" and checked all suggestions
Is there any idea why logwork tab is appeared in one page and disappeared in other page?
