Just wondering why the same text is repeated three times on this page?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Getting started with JIRA Software

I'm not sure what happened on the JIRA 101 opening page but the same text is repeated three times. I'm using Google Chrome.

Hmm.. Maybe it is very important and Atlassian whats to have people memorize this specific part .. But, seriously it looks like a simple mistake however on other pages I see the same problem. Example: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/setting-up-service-desk-users-732528877.html
