KNown limitation of Jira cloud

Dear all,

I need to setup a customer presentation on a new customer who is willing to know a bout Jira basic but one important point is that I need to highlights the limitation of Jira cloud as an Adin or as a user in project configuration, workflows, etc..

Any reliable and up to date ressource which list those limitation in the whole Jira cloud ?

Hi Serge,

that’s a very large and open type of question. Question would need to be more focused for exactly what you’re trying to do with the workflow. What types of workflows you need, how many, etc. but in general Jira is very flexible with workflows.

The idea is I would like to isolate and present to customers project template used by JIra Core, Jira Software, Service Management

I have initialize a Jira cloud instance and when I create a Project, I can select from a huge list of template organized by Theme

All of those project template are all mentioning either Service Management , Software or Jira Work management. But I could not find out, project template which are really concerned by Jira Core

Any idea where are prokect template which part of jira core in order to make clear difference

If you have already created the project, go to Project Settings, then Summary. Click on the Workflow Scheme name. Then click on Use a different Scheme. Select the Scheme you want.
