KPI in Jira

I am new here, and I need a help in finding the gadgets, that can help me create a dashboards to show the KPI in Jira.

my suggestion is to use some out of the box app that add usefult gadgets for this purpose.

I'm not sure that using Jira to directly reflect KPIs is an appropriate approach, if you want to get some information about Team Performance, you can refer to the following post.
