Kanban Backlog - ranking subtasks

I there any possiblity to move tasks with subtasks in kanban backlog?

Tasks current status is not connected with backlog column, that's why there are dimmed.

Subtasks statuses are on NEW. and they're landing in the backlog.

But the are no-movable.

Sub-tasks cannot logically be ranked outside their parent issue, so there's not much need to rank them in the backlog, as the backlog is an overview.
