HI,
I had earlier created 2 Kanban boards out of the same project and was able to add new status' to them. I want to create the 3rd board, but now I see that the 'Add Status' option in the Column settings of the Kanban board is not available anymore. I researched a bit and found that I need to be a project-admin to do so. I have checked in Global permissions, but am not sure where to change this setting. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
Ritika
So looks like I figured it out!! The solution link that helped me is here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/add-status-button-is-missing-on-my-board/qaq-p/1354926
So it turns out I had Validators in my workflow, which restricted the Add Stats button from the board. I however was able to add the additional functionality from the Workflows.
I am having the same issue, but that link goes nowhere. Jira - looks like your archiving is not working.
