I would like to share a Kanban Board with annonymous users. I have added anyone group to Browse Project, Shared the Filter with everyone. However, it is still not available.  I am using JIRA 7.1.6

Boards are a function of JIRA Software, which requires users to be licenced to use it.  So they have to log in.
