Kanban Board Filter Change

Hello, 

I am trying to edit the Kanban Board filter for a specific project however cannot see the new filter on the drop down menu.

The new filter has been shared with the project and I am Global admin. Any help will be appreciated.

The first step is to find who the owner of the filter is.

As an application administrator go to <yourhost>/secure/admin/filters/ViewSharedFilters.jspa

and find the filter you can then change the owner of the filter to someone who can then update to meet your requirements. If required you can then allocate it back to the original owner.

Hello, 

It looks like there should be another filed under the Configure Board-General and Filter -Shares -Edit Filter Shares. I am not able to see the " Edit Filter Shares". Any idea why? or it is even related to what I am trying to do. 

I am trying to change the filter of a KANBAN Boad.
