Kanban Tickets in Sprint Board

Randi Rogers February 22, 2022

I am trying to make tickets from a Kanban Board (Board A) to show on a sprint board (Board B)

Both are in different projects and have different workflows but the have a common feild I am using to show that the same team is working on a certain issue.

I have checked the filter for the Sprint board and all the expected issues appear in the Issue Navigator.

"Subteam" = "Team Name" AND (project = a  OR project = "b") ORDER BY Rank ASC

All of the columns have been mapped as well. When I am in the Columns section of settings in the Sprint board it shows 2 issues in X status or 5 issues in Y status but none appear on the board./

Hi @Randi Rogers ,

Welcome to the community.

I'm not sure on which board the issues are missing.

If they do not appear on the sprint board, check if they are in the backlog. You may have to add them to the sprint before they will be shown.

If they are missing on the kanban board, check if they have a fix version set. If they have a version that us released, they are hidden by default. Maybe you can modify the board sub-filter.

They Are missing on the sprint board. You were 100% correct I needed to add them to the current sprint. From here I can create an automation for this to be added once the ticket is "in progress"
