Kanban board doesn't load on Amazon Workspaces VM

I whitelisted Jira to use on a VM. Everything works here I can access all project, tickets, settings etc. except for the Kanban Board. I can only see the loading circle and that's it -  after some time it fails. The displayed error is the following: IndexedDB timed out. DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for: https://statlas.prod.atl-paas.net .... 

I whitelisted this domain but still the same error. Is there something specific that I'm not aware of ?
