I want to be able order all tickets by their rank, and still be able to change their rank at any time. However in the 'released' column I want to tickers to be ordered by their completion date. This is on a Jira Kanban board. Has anybody managed to create a filter that does this?

Hi @Callum McClean ,

This is not possible in Jira. Boards are just a visual representation of a filter and while you can order the issues in the board with various criteria, you can't order one part of the board differently from the rest. I suggest using two boards with nearly duplicate filters; one ordered by rank and one ordered by completion date. That will give you the information you need, albeit on separate boards.
