Kanplan Report - Time Spent Working Issue

We recently switched to the Kanplan Board. Is there a way to generate a report that tells me how long tasks were InProgress->Done. Currently it looks like the reports are going off the created date->Done. Since we are using a backlog this isn't giving me a good idea of team performance only how long issues stick around in the backlog until they are done.

Hi Chad,

I think a better approach would be to track how long the issue takes in between statuses. If you are interested in this method, then you can refer to Tracking the Time Taken for Each Workflow Transition.
