I just want to know the Best suitable 3rd party applications for Project Management like..
1. Project Portfolio .
2. Resource Management by Department.
3. Portfolio Scoring.
4. Portfolio Monthly status update.
The above mention 4, Needs to be replicate in the Jira Dashboards to take over from Smartsheet's.
Earlier, Our clients have been using Smart sheets , in Which They were replicated the data in the Dashboards in rich manner. (Smartsheet Dashboards)
Is there a way to project similar Kind of Dashboards (Not Exactly similar) In Jira by using 3rd party application which are available in the Atlassian Market place.
Any suggestions on this will be much appreciated.

I will refrain from recommending one since I work for a company (Trundl) that makes one (Simple Portfolio Management), and used to work for a company that makes another (Tempo > Structure).
However, I will suggest that whatever you hear here in the responses, try 2 or 3 of them and compare them. This is an area where you have a lot of choices and the product that is best for you, may not be the best for others.
Look at the leaders (they are the leaders for a reason), but also consider the newer apps. They're usually more innovative and different because they don't have legacy architectures and code bases that can be hard to change. And, they're usually less expensive, too.
Also, the newer are built on Atlassian's newest/most secure platform framework (called Forge).
