LDAP all users in JIRA

Hi All,

We configured JIRA with LDAP authentication, and provided JIRA access to couple of users. But 2 more users got access using LDAP authentication and we exceeded JIRA user license.

I would like to know, JIRA access will be granted automatically to ALL LDAP users? 

User restriction is only possible by creating a new LDAP - sub group?

Please let me know your thoughts
