Label related EPIC

Hi Team,

We have a label in EPIC and need to delete it. 

What have we done:

* My JIRA-Admin opened the Bulk function for updating closed issues.
* Bulk-change add new label ”New-Label” on EIPs with label “Old-Label”
* Bulk-change remove “Old-Label” from all Issues and 10 seconds it looks correct (filter project = <Project Name> AND labels = "Old-Label") but then the old label “Old-Label” was still there and issues got attached with old Label.

Could you please check and let me know the solution for this. Let me know in case you need any more details.

After making sure that the label doesn’t exist on any issue in the instance then reindex and check if gone.
