Labels not showing up in Jira Advanced Roadmaps

When trying to populate the label, it doesn't show up. The only way to add the label is to go to the issue screen itself and add it there. It doesn't occur for all labels, only a few I have found so far.
Example below: when searching for Q3, only q3-okr-2022 shows up. Q3-2022 doesn't show up even though you can see another issue with that label.

We experience the very same issue. And as we are using the roadmap to map out our plan, these issues are not yet created as "real" issues. therefore we can not add labels to them in the main issue screen.
