Language problem in the issue creation window

Hi community,

We have noticed that some users see the title "Create issue" in Spanish when creating an issue, while others see it in English. Do you know why this happens? Although it might not seem important, it is for us because we have automated the creation of some issues using a robot. When the language changes, the robot's programming code does not run correctly, and our robot fails to identify the screen, causing an error.

This might be related to individual user preferences.

Might be worth having them check the default language set in their user preferences (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-your-jira-personal-settings/)
