Large number of users have suddenly lost access

As of this morning a large number of users have lost access to the projects. The setup looks correct but the get the message that the project is not visible as soon as they want to open it.

No change was done on the configuration. Is there a general problem?

Can you verify with one of the affected users that they still have or don't have access to the application?

The users have access to the system and they see the projects. When they click on the project it will display "no access". I have verified that they are all developers or admins for the project.

In the project(s), add the users in the USER ROLE under Users and Roles.

We are using the cloud version. I think there is no Users and Roles section. I have given everyone Viewer access on top.

Looks like I found it. Mistake in the access rules. Thanks for the help. It was in the area you pointed out!
