Lately downloading file from Jira just hung halfway

Hi,

I have problem downloading file from Jira lately, big or small, after sometime, it will just keep loading, but the fill will not get downloaded. 

Anyway to check?

Could you please follow the below troubleshooting steps once and see if this helps:

• We’ve seen in the past that browser cache and cookies may cause an unexpected issue with web pages and hence we would kindly suggest clearing the cache and cookies of the browser.
• Please try switching to a different browser. 
• You can also try via incognito mode.

Did that, tried that, still the same. it happens on both Jira and COnfluence.
