Learning, understanding and applying Jira

How do I start self-learning on how to use Jira software?

Hi @Tive Denedo welcome to the community.

I would setup an account on Atlassian University  and look at their intro classes.  Then just start looking at your site and see how it works.  Make some sample tickets and go from there.

I took the predecessor to Jira Software Essentials Certification Prep (https://university.atlassian.com/student/path/1619407-atlassian-certified-associate-jira-software-essentials-certification-path) and it helped me to know enough to be dangerous and even enough to not be dangerous, sometimes. And it's free.
