License Purchase Issue

We purchased the license for Adaptavist Script Runner for our JIRA Software server. Our Atlassian licenses page shows both the evaluation license and the successfully purchased license. I see that the evaluation license has a server ID in it. The purchased license does not.

When I go into JIRA:

1. I try to retrieve licenses and it does not pull in
2. I try to input the license of the purchased license into the evaluation license but it has no option to input license, only a "Buy" button

Question: How do I get the add-on licensed in our server?

Check it in Administration screen > Add-ons > Manage Add-Ons. Expand the "Script Runner" tab where you  can see the License Key which should have the pencil icon for edits. Copy/Paste your paid license key from my.atlassian.com here.
