License Transfer from one server to another

Hello,

Suppose I apply my license key in one server (OS is windows 2008 R2), this server will be decommission soon and new server of windows 2016 will be setup, how can I apply the same license key on the new server? Do I need to deactivate the old server instance key first ? For the same question, can I apply to BitBucket and Bamboo ?

You can use the same key that you are currently using for your new server, I do believe the license agreement states that you can only have one active server for each license key.
