License for Jira plugin

Jira plugin comes up with LICENSE file. I have updated its content with a specific document. But after doing atlas-mvn package, generated jar file not showing the content whatever I have written in the LICENSE file. Instead it is showing the content from https://opensource.org/licenses/Apache-2.0. How to show my own content instead of apache 2.0 license content

Can you let us know exactly what you're trying to do? Are you trying to license a plugin from Marketplace, or are you writing your own plugin?
