Limbo project creation

Hi,

We have license for JIRA onDemand and JIRA Agile onDemand.

When we tried to create our first project (Agile Scrum), we got a ambiguous error message along the lines: project creation was not possible because we had tried to do something that was not possible.

We then tried again, but now got an error message that the project Key is already in use. So the first project was created, although it is not reflected in the UI.

What can we do to go forward?
How can we fix the project that now exists but is hidden for some reason?

Send a request to https://support.atlassian.comto help you out.

They are the only ones who can remove that project from your instance.
