Hey guys,
I'm creating a checklist inside an issue.
My goal is to see different custom fields, based on a previous selection (single select list).
How can I do that?
Hi Almogs,
I am adding to this thread another way to achieve this using Issue Checklist Free.
You can now add the checklist Items by the Label selected. All you have to do is name your Checklist template exactly as your label and it will be automatically added to an issue where the label is added. Please see more details on this new feature here: Apply checklist based on label.
Hi @Almog Ross
One way to do that is to consider a marketplace app to do this. Conditional logic can be done by ProForma Lite (a free app that allows up to 3 forms. You can create your checklist and then apply different rules so that depending on the answer selected, the user will only be given specific questions relevant to their requirement.
This is an example of how it could work...
To be upfront and transparent, I am from ProForma but it is a very easy way to get smarter question design for your data capture.

I have recently used this App and would recommend giving it a go, it does what it says but very well. I do have an issue with who owns the form that is created but apart from that, it seems to fill the requested requirement.
