Limit issue type selection when changing issue type

Hi all,

Is it possible to limit the available issue type when changing an issue type?

For example: Test Project

Issue types:

Task , Service Request , Email Request , Junk & Leads.

Condition:

1. If the issue type is Email Request, it can only be changed to Junk or Leads issue type.

It is not possible on Jira Cloud. You will see all issue types for this project.
