Limit permission for advanced roadmap based on project

Stefanie Clesle January 31, 2023

Hi,

we are using advanced roadmap fpr jira cloud. I would like to grant permission to my plan to users that are working on a certain project (in this case all roles within the project).

However, I only see the option to configure access like so:

- all advaned roadmap users
OR

- restricted, only visible for ceratin users or groups

Since the groups are not directly correlated to the projects, I cannot use groups. Right now the only solution I can see is to add every single project member.

I would want sth like this . restricted. only visible for : Project = [the specific projects necessary], Role = [all or multiple specific roles]

Thank you in advance for any tips on this!

Hi @Stefanie Clesle ,

As I am aware, you can't restrict the plan per project roles, so I would suggest to contact the Atlassian support and discuss it with them. If the option is not available, they may log a suggestion in their backlog.

Hope it makes sense!
