Limited projects lists in web-item

Hi,

When ever i create an issue ,i have to get all projects in my drop down but when ever i create an issue clicking on web-item i have to get only some projects in my dropdown .I am extending my webitem action class with com.atlassian.jira.web.action.issue.CreateIssue.
so which method should i override or provide me a sample java code to do this
