Hi there, we have a scenario wherein there is a team managed project "Project A" which we want to keep open for everyone in the Organization (>500 users) and hence we have made it Public so all the users can create a ticket there.
Now, we have 2 Users who are contractors and do not need access to that Project. Is there a way we could keep the Project Public but still somehow restrict the project for these 2 users?
The short answer is no, you cannot exclude users from a public team-managed project. This can only be done if you have a company-managed project by changing the permission scheme and then use project roles that exclude those users.
