Igor,
Does this synchronizer limitaion still exist in 2013? I need to set up a synchronized structure using multiple link types, like the original poster. As a new Structure user, it seems to stillnot work in the way I had expected. If this limitation is not present anymore, please give me a hint on how to set up the synchronizers.
Thank you.
Hi Doug, Links synchronizer has improved since Nov '11 - it is possible now to set up two Links synchronizers working with different link types, but you'll need to specify parent and/or child JQL to limit the scope of each sync.
See more in the docs - https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Links+Synchronizer - if you need help with your specific configuration, please write to support@almworks.com.

Thank you, Igor.
I will try the link per project with LNIO to allow "exclusive" option usage.
