I have two project set up in jira service desk (cloud).
Is there a way to link these project together?
For example, a client has raised a request on one of my projects and my other projects and part of the fix is for my other project to look into. therefore I want to be able to link the log to that project.
is this possible?
Hello
You can manually link tasks between projects after they are created. You can also make a project on the service desk for each type of fix and enable the customer to choose where to create the request
You can also use the plugin Automation for Jira to set up the rules and conditions under which tasks are created/copied/linked between different projects
