Is there a way (or perhaps an app) that would allow me to view related issues grouped by a custom field?
When viewing an issue, I'd like to see other issues filtered by a custom field called "Organization Name". In my project, team members report custom work on behalf of customers and I'd like a way to see how many other recent issues have already been created for that customer. Zendesk has a similar feature called "ticket history". Is this possible or am I wishing on a star?
