I am trying to decide if Jira Service Management is the best option for my issues.
I have systems running at night and the current ticketing system is linked to those external systems, meaning that if there is any issue, the ticket just appears for me in my account when I log in in the morning. There is no user involved in this.
I need to stop using this ticketing system and I was wondering if it is possible to do this with Jira.
In summary, is it possible to link Jira to external softwares and get the automatic tickets when something goes wrong?
