First time looking at Portfolio, need info on how to install it.

Atlassian are revising the documentation and the restructuring has dropped that page.  Older versions are available, but the "page has gone" page they've got doesn't link to the one I think you probably want - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfolioserver/installation-715262590.html
