Linked Issues (blocked by ) in to a custom Field during workflow Transition

Hi All,

I am trying to get linked issues ( is blocked by) of a particular issue and would like to display all these linked issues in to a custom field. This Custom Field will be in one of the Transition Screen of the workflow.

Can these be achieved ? if yes any help would much appreciated.
