Linked to a Jira issue in a Confluence page but it's not showing the link in Jira

I have links to Jira issues in Confluence pages (made from the Confluence page to the Jira issue) but the Confluence page is not showing up as a link in the Jira issue. We are in the cloud so it's not that we have incompatible versions of the tools.

Please tell me this is easily fixable since we are a regulated company that relies on this traceability as part of our formal processes.

@Sigrid Schoepel, are you using filters to search for them, or are you tagging indavidaul tickets in Confluence? For me, putting them on a page through a filter doesn't set the link up, but tagging them individually does.

Thanks,

Kian

Well, crud, that prompted me to see what they had done in the pages. Yup, filters instead of a direct reference.

Thanks!

Now I get to fix all of that at some point. :(
