Linking Issues

Hello,

I am using a confiform that creates an EPIC in JIRA. I am trying to find a way to link it to an existing JIRA ticket at the same time as the EPIC being created.

The confiform has a field to enter the existing JIRA Ticket Number (Issue type used is REQUEST).

Hi @Fabio Al-barrak 

There would need to be a trigger to trigger the action (ie a label) and if on a paid version you could use automation for Jira.
