Linking a story to other story

If i link(like blocks or blocked by) a issue to a story. Is there any possibility that we cant close the story until and unless the linked issue is closed.

You can use ScriptRunner for this. With this add-on you're able to configure a workflow condition that checks for e.g. unresolved blocking issues and prevents the current issue from being transitioned.
