Linking issues if custom field value is same

Need some help with the use case below. Thank you in advance for your inputs!

Have these plugins:

a)ScriptRunner

b)JIRA Misc Workflow Extensions

c)JIRA Suite Utilities

d)JIRA Workflow Toolbox

e)Workflow Enhancer for JIRA

Project “ESC” has a custom field “Customer Name”(id=11790). Project “CCE” shares that custom field. If an issue in project “ESC” has a custom field value that is the same as other issues in Project “CCE”, the issues from Project “CCE” needs to be linked to that issue in “ESC”.
