Linking to external Site

Hi!

We are currently trying to solve a problem:

We use SharePoint to store our documents. These documents have the Issue Key as metadata so I would be able to generate a link that filters on the documents related to each issue.

We would like to generate this link for each issue created and I was hoping that this was possible using a transition - but even if I dont use the external link and maybe try to update a url field, I dont find any documentation on a variable for the issue key that I could append on the field I try to update.

Is there any way to solve this?
