Linux error : i could not able to find the directory

When am trying to find the directory through the command

Command : find / -name application-data. 

Then it displaying the path of it .
/atlassian/application-data

After this i tried to go to the folder hen it displaying like this 

Command : cd /application-data
bash: cd: /application-data: No such file or directory
