List View, Slow Dragging Issue

In the List View, I'm filtering via current Sprint, with about 40 items, and dragging use the drag icon on the left of the ticket:
When doing so, often the ticket remains at the bottom and doesn't go to the place towards the top, or jumps around. It would be great if the drag functionality was more reliable and quicker.
