I am Using Service Rocket connector for Salesforce and Jira Integration.
I need to bind a List type field in JIra (contain 2 values : Yes, No) with Checkbox field in SF.
So, In binding : I use Map values facility for that. but it is not working.
and when I create this field, it automatically become required. how to remove that requiredness? that is optional from field config schemes. but still it is required.
Hi Varsh,
So, In binding : I use Map values facility for that. but it is not working.
The error message you get and a screenshot of your mapping values can be a great help here.
I would also like to note that currently, we only support string - boolean.
Looking forward to your reply.
Actual issue is : as I created a list type custom field it automatically becomes required.
I saw that in field configuration section. although I make it optional from field config section. but it still required. It needs to be solved.
